George Akume is sworn in by President Tinubu to serve as the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.
In a ceremony held in the council chamber in Abuja, George Akume, a former governor of the state of Benue, was sworn in as the next Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF). In front of dignitaries and government officials, Akume took the oath of office.
The swearing-in ceremony took place on Wednesday, June 7, inside the Council Chambers of the Villa. The event was attended by several dignitaries, including serving and former governors.
