Sani a craftsman in rural Kontagora got the idea to make an airplane that one day, he hope will take flight.
Sani Mu'azu is a welder who can repair electronics, cars, and now airplanes despite having no academic education.
He met James Tankos, an HND holder who studied mechanical engineering at the Federal Polytechnic in Kebbi state, while on his journey to build an airplane. Since Sani doesn't have a formal education, James is responsible for providing the technical requirements for the project.
The ambition to construct was motivated by the day Gen Mamman Kontagora, a former military general, was transported back home into Kontagora in a plane. He kept glancing at the colorful plane and as a result, he developed The ambition to construct one.
The main materials used to construct the airplane were made from recycled and other materials which are obtained from machines that can do similar functions.
It will take a lot of work to construct an airplane that will be approved to fly. While Sani's dream still requires some time. The concept needs encouragement and motivation.
